The only program in AUSTRALIA if not the WORLD that has measurements/assessments and indicators behind every attribute for football, so not only are we able to see where their current level is at, but we can give an indicator of how far away they are from the top of the food chain (world class performance)

So, the collection data and research has come to a point where I have designed a program to DIRECTLY reflect and mirror what is going on at the WORLD CLASS level of football. The exact scenarios, and levels of performance based on SPECIFIC NUMBERS TO THE 2nd DECIMAL POINT.
There is not one footballing program that is this specific.
Training sessions are capped to 12 players per group, due to the specific, consistent feedback and focus needed by Anthony (head of the program) to ensure every part of the session is done correctly.
The program is over a 40 week periodized plan, concurrent with the NSW school term system, each 10-week program will have multiple specifically phased attributes (in align with recovery and fixtures that need to be taken in account outside of the Ambition Program) (NPL SYSTEM)
The specific traits/scenarios that are focused/phased in the 10-week plan will be tested on week 1 and retested on week 10, to see improvement markers and how far does that footballer stand from WORLD CLASS
Alongside the in-person sessions, every player will receive a individualized/specific solution home program which they are to do themselves based around specific limiting factors/areas that need to be addressed to get the best out of the program when they come to the Ambition Program sessions.
This program is ONLY for footballers/parents who inspire to reach the pinnacle of the footballing game, obtaining World Class Performance.
Any athlete who wishes to take part in the program will have to attend a minimum of 2 sessions A WEEK to obtain the necessary development going forward.
Assessment results and progressions will be uploaded to a Google Spreadsheet specific to each individual, mapping their assessment results, and improvement based on the current phase in the periodized plan the program is going through.
The program timetable is from 6.10AM - 7:30AM MONDAY-THURSDAY
The program is currently only for 11–15-year old's (U11-U15)
The program consists of:

6x world class (80 minutes in length each), data and biomechanical driven sessions a week (technical requirements to perform scenarios efficiently - execution of unpressed scenario moved into feedback gameplay - then moved into free gameplay finishing with specialized skillsets based on position)

Gameplay Scenario derived periodized plan for the term with a specific target and reasoning behind each session, assessed after each 10 week phase

Individual Google Spreadsheet where all progression and assessment results will be listed and noted as this is our indicator to the players success and the closer they get to world class performance

Results based speed and power sessions, focused on strength development, limb speed and stride elasticity and power.
A Program Designed to Create The Total Footballer
At Ambition Sports Performance, our programming is designed to bring out the best in every footballing athlete.
Dissecting every trait that makes a footballer world class, what the outliers of the footballing world have, going into the biomechanics, specific cues and indicators that make those traits world class.
We base all our training methods on actually self achieving world class ability in the traits that make a footballer world class, 7 years of professional football experience, thousands of hours of 1 on 1 mentorship with the best coaches in the speed and footballing game and 1000s hours of self trial and error from different types of methods to see what methods work the most efficient and fastest in terms of getting to that world class level.
Why do we target a time efficient method?
Because the European footballers you or your son/daughter are competing against to earn a pro contract have the luxury of completing around 15-20 hours of training a week from the age of 12/13 to 17 years old, so we have to train with a plan and a strategy that is outside of the box, that assesses the fine details behind every movement that is done in football.
So how do we plan on getting ahead of them?
It begins with breaking down what makes a specific movement with and without the ball successful in terms of result (beating a player, winning the ball, shooting with max power and accuracy, passing with max speed and accuracy. ie. all successful scenarios that occur in football) and it is not how MANY HOURS OR TIME we train in general, because many aspiring footballers in the past have trained a large amount and they haven't made it as footballer, so that puts volume out of the equation.
It begins with dissecting the movement and the focus being on making it biomechanically perfect.
That's how you begin to get ahead of your competitors around the world.
Then followed by adding specific speed, power, range of motion and many other traits/methods to amplify and fine tune the correct mechanics that have been ingrained in the brains neural pathways. (mentioned at the top of this page in assessment and training process area)
